• Payment must be received before production begins
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production starts

6. Product Warranties

We guarantee our jewelry is made from the specified metals and meets industry standards. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on craftsmanship.

7. Limitation of Liability

ShinyMe.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
